Short version

MyGreenSignal keeps first-party browsing preferences on your device, uses analytics to understand product usage, and may receive messages you send us. We don’t sell personal data.

Preferences on your device

We store first-party preferences such as:

• Area (statewide, nearby radius, specific dispensaries, favorites)
• Favorite and hidden dispensaries
• Age / legal access gate acceptance
• Other small UI preferences needed to run the site

These typically live in first-party cookies and/or browser storage so your Area and favorites survive refresh. You can clear them by clearing site data in your browser.

Analytics

We may use Vercel Analytics and first-party interaction analytics to understand traffic, performance, and how features are used. Analytics providers and hosting infrastructure can process technical details such as IP address, browser/device information, and request metadata.

That means we do not claim “zero tracking.” We do aim to keep measurement lightweight and product-focused.

Contact and feedback

If you email us or open a mailto contact form, your message (and any details you include) is processed through your email provider and ours. Feedback submissions and correction requests are used to improve the product and respond to you.

Infrastructure

Hosting, CDN, and related providers may process standard request logs and security signals. That’s normal for running a website on modern infrastructure.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal data.
• We don’t require an account to browse.
• We don’t use the age gate as a marketing dark pattern — acceptance simply unlocks the site for a period of time.
